With VESTAMID® PA12 / PA612 and from Evonik, Plastoplan is expanding its portfolio with two high-performance polyamides.
Both materials offer outstanding chemical and stress crack resistance as well as exceptional impact strength, even at low temperatures. VESTAMID® also offers low water absorption and is available as a flexible PA12 elastomer (PEBA). The microcrystalline TROGAMID® further stands out with its permanent transparency—ideal for optical applications.
Both product lines are available in bio-based versions or with a reduced carbon footprint upon request.
