SAX Polymers – PPA SAXAMID 505F10UH

SAXAMID remains stable even under high temperatures.

With the newly developed polyphthalamide SAXAMID 505F10UH SWS007,
SAX Polymers launches a high-performance portfolio for the most demanding applications.
This semi-crystalline, semi-aromatic PPA compound with 50% glass fiber reinforcement combines outstanding mechanical properties with excellent temperature and UV resistance. Whether continuous operating temperatures up to 150 °C or short-term temperature peaks up to 280 °C, SAXAMID 505F10UH is designed for the highest thermal loads.
Its combination of strength, stiffness, dimensional stability, and chemical resistance makes it the preferred choice for applications where traditional polyamides reach their limits.
SAXAMID compounds can be individually configured, offering options such as variable glass fiber content, UV stabilization, or flame retardancy.
